We recently visited a local park with family, to be honest I didn’t hold out much hope that Aiden would be able to do much other than go on the swings and slide but boy was I wrong! The playground was accessible and Aiden had a fantastic time using his walker to run and walk on the bridges and ramps. I didn’t know this place existed but we’re defiantly going to be going back again and again.
It was wonderful to see Aiden be part of a play structure and interact with other people and most importantly, have tons of fun!! Although Aiden cannot talk he manages to communicate so well with his smile, other children were coming up to him and helping with his walker and talking to him.
